Hallo from Daria

Hi,
Long time I didn't have the time to sit behind the computer and tell u how life with Daria is....
I shall start with saying that this evening Daria has waved Hallo conciously to us for the first time(with a big smile of course!!!) - HIEP!
As some of you know summer is trying to gain some time here in Holland but we, we didn't wait, and on the 23d of June Nic, Tanja, doggies and Daria left 1200 km to the south of France where they met Sylvie Milo and Geert. I left for Sunny Mallorca where I sailed with Yanir, Shai and others on 2 beautiful Catamarans.
After this sail adventure I came back to Holland with Yanir and then we took the Mercedes and drove down to the happy commune. The sun was shining, the wind was blowing, the mountains and the river gave us some peace of mind and without even noticing a week was gone. Daria was playing out on the grass (and she ate a lot of it!), playing with Geert Milo and Sylvie, lying next to the river or the sweaming pool and mostly cruising with Mom and the flying Nany - Tanja!
We finished the vacation at Sylvie's parents where we were welcomed as kings and ate like gods. After a night of pleasures there we headed North to the rainy low countries.
Thanx to Nic's work Daria has started her way at the Kindergarten, it is a bit hard for both Mom and Daria cause Daria appears to be crying more than eating/playing/having fun most of the time but we think she'll get over it. and if not I might stay at home with the small thunder so Nic can work!
For the record I have to say that Daria is a very happy, healthy, beautiful and fat little baby.
Daria is already enjoying various sorts of food such as: mushed apple at 1600, carrot/Broccoli soup at 1800. Daria has been found to be crazy about ice, banana's and everything which basically can go through the mouth.
Nic, as part of the plan, has managed to reduce breast feeding to the early mornings (around 0600 and 0800) and for the rest it is the bottle with cerials etc).
Having the dogs and Daria seems to be working fine. Donja is so old that she accepts all including Daria and Walter is very happy to have Daria around - we are very happy also with this symbiotic harmony.
I think I wrote a lot but as u'll see in the photo's time doesn't stop and living with Daria is a fast changing interesting life!
